Going all the way: Kingoverace

WELL I HAVN"T BEEN HERE IN A LONG TIME

Anyways. Guess I'll show everyone what I've been up to. My Ranger is still kicking around. Just been a long rollercoaster ride financially.

Heres my biuld.

We'll start with its current condition.3" Body lift and 4" Suspy lift on a 78 Bronco D44 SAS up front. Shackles and Add-a-leafs in rear. She ***** level. Iv'e pulled the siezed 3.0 and replaced it with a 4.0 I got with the trans. Both rebiult 5000miles ago. Currently need to repin a harness and figure out a fuel line system. Its got the 01-03 front end conversion and she sits on 35 ATs.

Now the details...
INTERIOR
We'll start inside. Painted the dash pieces and am lighting the interior with blue lights. Currently biulding a fiberglassed 10"sub box I'm locating in one the jump seat locations. No pic, but I've replaced the center console arm rest bracket with the metal one I believe was for Explorers ( since half of everyone here prob has a busted one lol). Obviously the radio yata yata yata...

EXTERIOR
So, I'm still putting the final touches on the SAS. Want better shock towers, need to order a steering link and the steering shaft, brake line, and weld up a trac bar mount. But heres a pic from a while back.

I'm running ProComps up front and painted my stock shocks white and put on blue boots. The coils are 4" Bronco lift. The axles are 4.,10s. The rear is a Xploder 8.8 LS. Loves the LS and Disc brakes, but a locker is in the planning stage. As I mentione before, new motor trans are in, but need little things for completion. Heres before it went in.

The frames been cleaned and painted. No pic needed I hope. Hangers were replaced before lift shackles went in. Altezza tails. All common stuff so I'll skip the pics. Lastly, I've gotta finish the stupid little things and buy headers/exhaust system which I'll be cutting before the rear tire. I no longer have that 2wd bumper valance so either i'll have to save up for a winch bumper or i'll go with a 4wd style 01-03 but def keeping the ORW baja light bar. Also will be removing the pin stripes. and on a final note...heres my blacked out emblem. hehe

ohh...
And heres my dads project. 88 Ranger 4banger manual. being salvaged and doing body work. bucket seats istalled. roll bar style light bar. front tow hooks installed. painted wheels black with chrome outside. Will likely put on a leveling kit. prob keep stock tire size. Hes a simple guy.

And heres my DD. Just put a 3" HBS front leveling kit and will soon get 35s for it. not beating on it in the woods though.

haha..Ohhh, and last time I was on this forum...My truck was the header pic but it got critisized for not being extreme enough. At the time it only has 33s and the 3" BL. It had its own thread of people complaining. hehe but I couldn't give 2 because I've had more fun with biulding/driving this truck than anyone could imagine.

The only complaints I remember about the banner was that it looked like your tire was sunk in the sand lol. It was fixed though.

I thought it was a pretty cool banner.

Looks like youve been busy.

Thanks Miller.
Pops finally got his 88 painted. Looks good!
So I found someone with the harness I need to finish the electric hold-ups on my truck but he has stopped pm-ing me on another forum. Hopefully he didn't junk the Xploder and is just busy. I havn't had luck finding another year specific 4.0 OHV harness. The right one anyways,
