April 22nd 2008

installed complete harness for engine bay
installed abs unit
completed power steering connections
some how got a crack or hole in the plastic valve cover.....

April 23rd 2008 was a set back because i got a hole in the valve cover so yea.........

thanks man i plan to hit up the junkyard tomorrow and see if i can get a valve cover and some other stuff i need

I would put that valve cover back on until you get another. You don't want to take a chance on getting something in the engine.

im going today to get a new valve cover so it wont be uncovered long...i also shut the hood so nothing falls in

April 24th 2008 Replaced Broken Valve cover
Replaced broken a/c box
Reconnected Steering
Reconnected ECM
Reconnected A/c Freon Lines
Reconnected A/c Condensor
Body Back on body Mounts
installed Radiator and Connected Trans cooler Lines

Hey Steve i got that diff u had on man 3 of those studs were damn near gone man haha...and the only reason u had some leakage was the front pinion bolt was loose..haha now that, thats all done shes great man thanks for tradein it to John! haha oo yeha and great progress with your truck man i expect to see it back together in no more then 1 week now haha.....with the progess u're makin haha

yea man i showed john the studs he said it was cool because he probally wouldnt use it anyways....and that pinion bolt...figures...always the last thing i thought it was...well im glad you got it back in good shape and hope it works well for ya!

hasn't rained here yet...its supposed to rain tomorrow night so im going to get it back in the garage tomorrow so i can get it fully drivable..
