and also, i will have different shackles on there soon that will allow the suspension to droop more. and if i didnt flip the shackles it would limit up travel from the shackle hitting the hanger.

the shackle hitting the hanger will limit down travel as well.....i would rather have the up travel limit so the tire wouldn't get into the bedside.....the spring will only down travel so far now.....i would think it would have more travel with the shackle the stock way...

nope.

now the shackle can rotate forward allowing the spring to droop further. in the stock configuration the shackle can only go so far forward before it basically becomes a straight line with the spring.
up travel is still limited by the factory bumpstop. the tire will be limited in the same position relative to the bedside as it was from the factory.

fiber glass bed sides are in the works, along with air bumps out back come summer time. so ill be able to use my up travel haha.

and for my application, this is what was sent to me. these would be the "pre runner" pack and the G50 deaver springs are the "race pack" i believe the g50 has 10 leafs instead of the 7 that i have.

also thoose deaver g50's are way stiff. if your not runnin a full on bed cage and fuel cell with spares they are too much. i got a buddy runnin them and its not a pleasent ride. the 7 leafs could be a better route if you plan on not doing extensive fab work

heres a little update. fox shipped the right part number but wrong shocks so had to get that fixed. and then the rear end sat way low when the blitz shackles were put on, so nate at blitz was on the phone with deaver and kartek and came to the conclusion that the springs need re arched and a leaf will be added. they are taking the springs to deaver and they are going to the front of the line to get re-arched.

so it looks like i will be needing to pull the bedsides or get glass fenders.... ill most likely pull the fenders next weekend when i build my front bumper since the factory one wont it without cutting it to hell

haha, pictures will come, my friend did not bring a cord to load the photos to his computer haha. but i just saw the truck.... DAYUM!!!! it sits up pretty tall and the 33x10.5s look pretty dang good... i got plenty of room for 35s but just gotta tub out the front inner fenders..... ill do that whenever i cage the truck few yrs from now.

fourliter dan, they did have to cut out a section for the shackles in the bed, i will most likely make a cover for them at my friends shop using his shear and brake so it looks good.

only down side is that i will be without a front bumper for awhile, and i HAVE to get new rims with atleast 3.5" backspacing so the rim does not rub part of the spindle... they put some spacers in there just to get me home but it is still about 1/4"-1/2" from hitting. pictures should be up saturday or maybe friday night around mid night or something, depends what time we get back to houston friday or saturday
