Got the rear bumper finished today and it turned out great. Added a crossmember to mount front of gas tank skidplate and welded nuts into bumper for rear of skid.

Just need to add some LED tail lights.
Skidplate all cleaned up and ready to bolt in. Tank and lines goin tomorrow.

Gas tank and skid all finished. Finished welding up the lower bed frame and its now tacked to the chassis. Picked up a nice Foxbody radiator that fits perfect behind the cab.

Tank is tucked up nicely and is higher than it was in the Bronco2 so it should work great. 23 gallons FTW!

Yeah Im goin to just leave the factory paint until maybe next summer and then I will do the white paint job to match my turbo truck. Gota see if I can get new red paint that matches for the hood and I will need to reshoot the roof.

Gettin there! Got the front clip off and cut up the core support and rebuilt it stronger around the body mounts and raised the bottom so i can mount the winch behind the grill.
Added a 2" body lift, got my shock tabs, figured out my front bumper, did some rust repair under the old battery tray and got the rest of the tools I need to build bed and exo.

Will start bending tube on friday and hope to be finished by monday nite.

Ok good weekend. Got a lot done.

I had to cut out bottom of core support for winch clearance then I had to rebuild the area around the body mounts on the passenger side from battery acid damage. The whole corner under the battery tray was gone so I made some patch panels and rebuilt that area also.

I got the 2" bodylift finished and cab bolted back down and mounted up my rocksliders. Started bending tube and got the main hoop in and the fender tops.

Took some time to think the rest through and added my brace for the main hoop then started running tape.Spare tire will get mounted in this location.

I made hoops to go under the rear of the fenders for my tails and have trailer markers for the side of the frame rails.

All the manual brake crap is off and all the 2wd suspension is cut off, all clean frame up front.

In my pix do you see the 90º hoops I have sitting on the spare tire? Those are goin in the corner to tie the rear of the fenders to the verticle 2" square tubing. I will then plate the opening in the hoop and mount the tails in there. That will be done on friday.
