a word of advice for a badass project, make a really heavy duty chain gaurd. dont want a chain breaking right next to driver and passenger doing 13k rpm while running 75+ mph lol.

There will be tube bent over and around the engine with aluminum panel to cover it.

I am more worried of sweating to death lol

yea that will be awfully hot to be around lol. if you make a cover for the motor heat tape the inside like they do on quad exhaust and exhaust side rear fenders to reflect some of that heat. or you could make some louvers or something like that to pull air out and away from driver and passenger

yea that is a good plan. im just thinking that it is goin to take everything you can to keep heat away from the driver and the passenger. how is the motor goin to get airflow? are you goin to mount the radiator on the rear supports like baja trucks? or are you goin to mount it down low?

The radiator will mount in the stock rhino location.

If I go after market hood or make one out of fiberglass I may lay it on top of the frame rail with a hood scoop to help get the air too it.

But that will be a while.

have you thought about mounting it like above the motor on the roll cage down tubes similar to trophy trucks and then just getting a high flow pump or something to get it up there? and then you could just put an electric fan on there and a switch on the dash. you should look into fullbore hoods they are absolutely sick. but they are absolutely $$$

If I where to bust a radiator hose I would not want the thing above my head.

Plus in the front it will get more air flow and i will be running a fan too.

The FB are sick and expensive.....reason I want to make a fiberglass

Between me and zach being sick We have not made any progress the last few weeks. I would think next week (finally some nice weather) we will start really working on it. I have some bolts to collect.

Cool Sami, I have seen people make 4x4 street bike powered rock crawlers before.

Think that would really work? Wonder how I would cap it off without welding it shut to keep the water inside?
