it has a gear style limited slip (Detroit True Trac) which is a lot like the Torsen Differential in the FX4 LVL2s, i have read its the best out on the market for what it is.

Lockright's are basically the same thing and they do make a locker for a 30spline D60.

Keep up the good work man.

Lockrights have that Detroit name so that makes them worth atleast another 75 bucks right! lol that is probably what i will end up getting i am running out of funds for a full locker.

Ya, I'm thinking about building a D60 rear at some point and will either weld it or get a Lockright. Detroits are sweet, but spendy.

5speedin2.3 have you had any problems with that lock rite in the rear?

To me it seems like it would be a problem during daily driving(like turning while accelerating).

I'm thinking about notching the frame for my coils so they stop hitting the frame, moving my bucket mounts back in to the jeep width and hopefully fitting the pan hard mount on the outside of the bucket... my goal is to really make that pan hard as long as possible matching the drag link....

nope, no problems at all.

you just have to learn what not to do or it will bind and buck, but this isn't a problem with the automatics, only the manuals.

did some work to the hubs, spindles, and moved the brackets on the axle once again. lol

luckily everything came out of the hub nicely and all i need are bearings and races, no need buy the hubs, just rotors and studs. Saved me about 100$

oh and got my tires mounted to the wheels. looks big huh?

in the sun light
