a friend of a friend, lol. My buddy that owns a bender (has a modified dirt circle track car) at his work they have a guy that does all their tig welding. He said it was rather hard to tig because the adapter is so thick and the cell is so thin.
I went with heims because my old setup I was bending the smaller bolts and the bushing wore out repeatedly... It was just a pain. These 3/4" heims wont break or bend I know for sure :)
Thanks for the kind words guys. Keeps me motivated.

beding bolts? what size bolt and bushings were you using? and what was the nature of the bushings wearing out? rubber or poly?
#1766
they were stretching, i am sure it had to do partially with my setup. i used the jeep xj poly busing with a 7/16" grade 8 bolt. it would stretch the poly and then i would have slop in the panhard which then made it handle like crap

very weird, and you had the steel sleeve in there as well? pics?

how tight were the brackets to the poly. theres something that isnt right, vehicles have been running poly panhard bars for years without complaint...

also if your bushing failed your JJ would have failed. JJ are spherical bearing bushings...
