I had to buy that part as well. One of the many pieces that get broke or go missing.

Pics! It sitting on its own weight, so far pretty happy with it. I need to get my sway bar back on and I need to swap the rotors, then the front is done besides paint! Praying that my brake lines work with my calipers...

Sitting at ride height (close)

Front suspension...

who tig welded the fuel cell for you zach?

May I ask why decided to use heims as opposed to bushings on the panhard bar? either way, everything looks very nice!

a friend of a friend, lol. My buddy that owns a bender (has a modified dirt circle track car) at his work they have a guy that does all their tig welding. He said it was rather hard to tig because the adapter is so thick and the cell is so thin.

I went with heims because my old setup I was bending the smaller bolts and the bushing wore out repeatedly... It was just a pain. These 3/4" heims wont break or bend I know for sure :)

Thanks for the kind words guys. Keeps me motivated.

beding bolts? what size bolt and bushings were you using? and what was the nature of the bushings wearing out? rubber or poly?

they were stretching, i am sure it had to do partially with my setup. i used the jeep xj poly busing with a 7/16" grade 8 bolt. it would stretch the poly and then i would have slop in the panhard which then made it handle like crap

how tight were the brackets to the poly. theres something that isnt right, vehicles have been running poly panhard bars for years without complaint...

whaaat? JJ are cheaper than an equivalent heim!

also if your bushing failed your JJ would have failed. JJ are spherical bearing bushings...
