I cant find anyone who has spindles which are bigger than the f150 spindles. Since the spindles are bigger I need bigger bearings.

Spindles for 65 a piece, Ball Joints 42 for 1 upper and 1 lower, and 10 for Spindle Nut and Washer. Works out to about 234 + Shipping.

Something else I've been meaning to ask. What's the point of the 3/4 Spacer you got in your order Beard?
those are misalignment spacers you need those for the heims. not very many people mount heims without misalignment spacers. it leaves room for more rotation in the joint.

bronco graveyard has a great kit for sale its the who entire outer almost for 400 and some. i want that but its not good for my D44. I am going to call them though. hopefully they can hook me up

If your talking about the Extreme Outer Rebuild Kit that BroncoGraveyard has, it's actually a ripoff. Right now it's priced at 695 and if your order everything individually its like 550. The only thing different is you get flat rotors instead of drilled rotors.

I was kind of surprised as well.

Try autozone. I got both my wheelbearings for one side for $35. They're Timken bearings too. Also, I have a website somewhere that has spindle bearings/seals for like $12 for one side I think. Shoot me a PM and remind me.

Its really annoying when they ask what engine the vehicle had when trying to get axle parts. They never understand that I dont have the whole vehicle just the axle.

Preaching to the Choir buddy! lol

I cant stand it either. And when they tell me they dont have carrier bearings for a 03 8.8 axle but have them for a 98 Explorer.

They get really confused when you say you need balljoints for a 96 XJ and a fuel filter for a 2003 ranger and wheel bearing for a 91 explorer.

I donno... the ones at my local autozone don't give me much trouble. I tell em what I need and they get it for me. Vatozone is the only place in town that's got Timken bearings that I know of.

I can't blame them.
I confuse myself.. . go to the junkyard looking for chevy flattops, chevy spindles, chevy outer shaft, fsj rotor, but then go back to ford lock outs and bearing. and thats just 1 axle. of course.. I get lost. consult the list.. scratch my noggin.

converting an EB d44 to high steer and keeping 5x5.5....... got to be an easier way.

edit: not my axle though... guy I worked with before the snow started flying is going to put it under his BII. I am just helping.
