they make them (bead rollers) but to get the fender through it and to make a good edge since it will be seen will be really tricky..

get a strip weld it on tack it from the inside and take an air grinder and roll the edge takes alot of time but can look really good

or what andrew said dolly and pin hammer..never thought bout that

true.. my drift buddies used to do it before they'd get overfenders. but anything roundish and wooden can help make a smooth edge

Zach after being on all kinds of ranger forums over the past years Your truck just amazes me how clean and when you do stuff you do it right.

It definitely has my respect I'm not really into lifted trucks but If I see a thread involving your truck or pictures of it I definitely look forward to reading it.

Other than that I'm speechless after this Your only a state away and I am surprised I have not seen it in person yet. I really want to see it in the future.

Hey Zach, how are the gears and tire combo? Think they'll handle 40's?

Oh and Is there a bigger RE Coil? Or is 5.5 the biggest?

They make a 7.5

If you are going to run 40s go with 5.38s

Dang those would be some short a$$ gears lol...

I'm going to run 7.5in RE coils and IF I have to, I can run a puck in the front. 40's are what I plan on running. I'm gonna get my axles this summer and I'll be building them up during the school year so in the summer I can do the swap quick fast and in a hurry lol.. All while taking my time!

40s, axle, build, ranger, swap, quick, fast, hurry, are all words never to be posted together.

5.38s are not short when paired together with 40s.

I just meant that I plan on building it during the school year and have all my parts ready to go under for when it happens in the summer... Hopefully making it so I only have to have it out of commission for a few days... All while waiting for drivelines from six states lol

and thats what i fear. which makes me contemplate saving my money, or actually doing the swap all the time.

Your truck is badass. and i can only imagine what mine would look like too but...mine with 33's and 5.0l is sweet for now. plus places for wheeling around here are few and far between now. Might just get a trailslut for the cabin. got lots of trails up there. 4hours is to far to drive the ranger all jacked up for just a weekend stay.
