Ranger Splash 2wd 8.5" lift on 37's in SC

Nice truck on craigslist would be interested to know what gears it has. Sits kinda funny to me maybe just the wheel offset is kinda shallow for my taste. Looks pretty clean overall though. Think it would look pretty good for about $1k less and on some 15x10 and 35 MT's has potential either way. Good candidate for 5.0 and SAS.

Ford Ranger - 8.5" Lift - 37" Tires - 17" Wheels - 119k Miles - Sharp!

Edit: gotta love the SVO sticker under the hood......In this case must stand for "Slowest Vehicle On-Road"

OH NOES!!

In that first pic, LOOK! Its an EWOK IN THE WINDOW!!!!

RUN RUN! STAR WARS!!

Hah, just though tI'd let ya know - really does look like an Ewok, lol

Footnoes:
That shifter looks like a damn ribbed condom.
His tires are major Mall Queen tires, I guess if it help with the mileage though.. right..? O.o
All that money into it - and he never even fixed the bumper form the Bodylift?

i wouldnt be caught dead driving that thing. sad too because splashes are nice little trucks. but 37's that are as knobby as my 225 falkens, come on now thats stupid.

the shock boot as a shift boot is interesting too...

looks like he blew all his money on the gay rims and ugly tails, and couldnt afford to get brackets made to lift the bumper

YUCK!

The wheels and 37" street tires are GAY! and so are the lights and lower rear bumper. The 2.3 is probably begging for mercy. About the only thing good I can say is that he upgraded to newer 04+ edge seats.

37" what look like HT tires. That's hideous. Why do they even make those?
35/1250/15 MT's would be better, not look as stuffed, and give it more low end power which it needs. Oh and then he could put a freaking valence on it. The interior is the only props-worthy thing on that truck.

I never seen it but I tour with a nationally ranked pro unlimited rock crawler for the WEROCK series, we run a 2.3 with 39.5 bfg's, its all in gearing. We run 3.55 gears and can crawl anything, just stating a point, dont say it cant be done, I have seen it hundreds of times.

its according to what you do, we can engage and disengage front and rear diffs and have a 3 speed t-case with front and rear steer with portals and humvee outers. Welcome to the world of competition crawling
