Wanted: Explorer Sport Trac 01-05:Arkansas

Just like the title says. Kiddos are in the future for us and we need at least one vehicle to haul all of us. Looking to spend 13-15k, 4x4 only PREFER BLACK OR TORREADOR RED. My zip is 72714 and will drive up to 300 miles to get it. Please post or PM me if there is something you find. Nothing over 100,000 miles. Please don't trash my thread. Im watching a few sites but don't have time to really look for one. I'm sure you all know my truck is for sale (Thanks mods) but if it doesn't sell for what I want I will just keep it and buy the ST for a 3rd car. Thanks friends. Any help will be greatly appreciated. -Ben

how many people do you really think are going to be on a ranger forum with a sport trac that happens to be for sale and within 300 miles?...

Dang these things are high. I bought my truck 2003 with 40k miles for $8,500.

I may just have to get an older explorer, those things are almost free, and I could pay cash!

It's got an Explorer name tagged on it...higher resale...

All meet your specs of under 100k miles, 13-15k price tag, toreador or black and within' a decent distance from your zip code. Never looked at 'em(price wise) before putting up this ad?

Yes. There is a 2002 XLT 4x4 Trac with 91k on it for $8,999 about a mile from my house but its hunter green eww.

Who knows, I might end up and try the ranger out with a spud in the back for a while, I was more just testing the waters. If I sold the Ranger for 13,500, I would have made over $2,000 Profit on it. I only have Low $11k in it.

Have you got that Xterra yet?

Yeah I would have to have no other options to end up with a green truck. Green or yellow.

Looks like it's time to pick up the cheap green one, have it painted, and you still come out ahead....

Good luck on your search though. I would have made you a hell of a deal on my 05 trac this time last year. I bent (way) over on the trade in... :(
