<130k mi
extended cab (not sure if this was just an option or if all 4x4s camer with extended can)
manual transmission (ideal, but would go AT too, this is last level filter)

I'm in NorCal near Vallejo. Local preferred.

Lastly, looking at steady at or below $7k
