Android radio for 2000 ranger

Hey everyone
My radio just quit I have power at the harness, all fuses are good, ( 1L2F-18C815-JA ) I am looking to replace with android ( plug and play ). I don't want to wire a harness if possible, but will it no choice.
This is what I want, blue tooth, hands free, gps, wifi, usb, nav, mp3 wav, and at lease 4g, will take 3g if nothing else. Any help will be appreciated.
Price up to $400.

DIN is the size of Radios in vehicles, there are standard sizes
Double DIN is what your 2000 Ranger has

Find the Double DIN unit you like, has the features you want
There should be a Mounting kit for it

And there should be an off the shelf wiring harness you can buy, i.e. 2000 Ford Ranger to "your model choice"
So you need to decide on the Model you want first then go from there

Why on earth not? You want to sit in the truck for two hours splicing up wires between the radio and the truck, only to end up without a harness that would make it easier to remove the radio in seconds if you need to do so?

I was hoping some who have installed an android radio would chime in.

This is the radio in my truck. 1L2F-18C815-JA.

I have seen that their is a reset method on some radio by holding button 1 and 6 or 2 and 6. I have tried this but does not do anything. Anyone know if their is a reset for this radio.?
