out of curiousity why is my avatar only 110x110 and others are much bigger than my avatar?

at first I was like "nobodies getting my money screw that" then I spent so much time here I thought "whats ten bucks, I can hold off on that 8ball for one more day"

 

 

so how do i get my avatar on here? and don't worry i got ten bucks to spare man. i just got signed up though and i got no clue how to do any of this. sorry. but any help on the avatar and on were to send the ten bucks. thanks

 

take whatever pic you intend on using, and downsize it so it is no larger than 110x110 pixels. once the size is correct, go ahead and upload it onto a site that can host it for you. once you've got the pic online somewhere, click the User CP menu up above, then click Edit Avatar, on the left.. from there it'll ask you the site address for the pic, or it'll ask you if you'd like to Browse your PC for the pic.. you can only browse your pc for the pic if you're a contributor tho, so go ahead and put the image's url in the box. click ok (or upload, whichever).. the pic should load as your avatar.. if you can see it after you put the site's url in and clicked ok, then it worked. click save changes (or whatever it says at the bottom), and you're done.

 

i really need to get some kind of photo shop done to a pic of my truck and make a cool avatar...but i dont have a camara to take a updated picks of my truck....
