Ok sorry, there will not be a vote, me and Trent will go through and pick the best quality pics, I will work a little magic with them, cut them down to size and spruce them up.
Pics must be no less than 11x8.5 or 828x576 pixels
The Calendars will be 10 dollars, not for profit, and no related to RF.

Why "Not for Profit"?? If your doing it I could care less if you make money on it, I think its a great idea, if you make money then I say good for you!! You need to make sure on the $10 price first though, I think you should have two trucks on the same month, that would allow more members trucks to be in the calender...not sure what that would look like though, just an idea.

It might be too crowded but the size would be correct by putting 4 pics on each page. That's 48 pics and that might be too much picking and such though. I like the idea of getting more member's trucks on there but it may just be too much.

If we do it for profit thats when Ford gets pissy about copyright issues and all that stuff. I can get the $9.99 calendars done at Costco and then shipping wouldn't be much at all, maybe 2 bucks? I'll get one done first, mail it to Cooke and see how much it cost and just to make sure it looks good. The hard thing about putting 2 trucks on the same month is dividing the page size in half would leave a weird size for the picture.
I know I'm probably adding to your work load and the both of you have set ideas already, I'm just thinking of ways more member trucks can be in a calander. And I will pay the 10 bucks, but for the two of you doing this I will throw in some extra...you should get paid for your time and effort.

Ok guys we have our 12 trucks. Thankyou for your participation. Trent will have these done up as soon as possible, but you may not receive a copy untill the first week of January :( Oh well, will still be cool.
