Calibrating cluster for bigger tires

First post here! I have a 93 ranger 2wd, i believe they come stock on 215/70. i got a great deal on a set of 235/75. Truck is now 10 mph off at highway speeds, is there any way to adjust them to the 29's? saw a video of an f150 but its a bit different.

Welcome to the forum

Yes, 1993 uses a speedometer cable so has a Driven Gear that can be changed to re-calibrate for rear axle ratio or tire size

You need your rear axle ratio
You need the diameter of the new tires

For axle ratio look on the back edge of drivers door for the Build Label, take a picture of it, then go here: https://www.therangerstation.com/tec...ag-door-codes/
Most common was 3.73

Your 237/75 is not a valid tire size, and you also need Wheel size, i.e. 14", 15", 16" ect........
235/75R15 is 28.9" diameter, R15 is 15" wheel

Once you have the axle ratio and tire diameter go here: https://www.tciauto.com/speedometer-gear-calculator

Scroll down to Speedometer Gear Calculator
Rangers used # of drive teeth "7"
Your ratio
Your Diameter

Then Calculate

Driven teeth needed will be shown, say its 18.3, then you will need an 18 tooth driven gear, of it is 18.8 then 19 tooth, 17.9 18 tooth
You can get 16 to 23 tooth Ford driven gears at most auto parts stores

Google: Ford Ranger Speedometer Gear Change
