I would like to post a How-to for replacing the exterior door handle. I had to do this recently on my Ranger and I couldn't find anything on this site, and there's not much available on the web at all. When I tried to start the thread I got a message stating that I was not allowed to post. Do I need to special permission to post in the how-to forum?
