under the posting rules, it says i cant post attachments, im assuming that means i cant post pictures, any particular reason why?

 

You can post pictures just post the jpg link in the middle of thiss [IMG]LINK GO'S HERE[/IMG]

Why can i not view 90% of the pics posted to the forums. the box is there but with a red x through it and some dont even show up at all??

 

Are you at work? I am and my work blocks most photo sites. I cruise R/F when I am waiting for Drawings to load.

You can't do attachments hosted via the site itself because you are not a contributer. Contributers get that as a bonus for contributing. You can post pics if you use a host, like photobucket, and paste the [img][/img] address.
