This Engine was made in Brazil by MWM International Motors
Read here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MWM_International_Motores

There was a 2 valve and 3 valve version of this 2.8l, Ranger should have the 2 valve version

2.8l turbo diesel Ford branded as Power Stroke, engine was from an International HS 2.8l design

So this should be closest manual you will find: http://landrover.narod.ru/DEFENDER/T...hop_Manual.pdf

They were used in Landrovers

Argentina, amazing?! We have a 98 ranger we use every day at Junkgonetacoma.com. The thing wont quit at 242k miles. Push the tow rating too (standard transmission.) Don't really car where these things were made they are strong little trucks.

These are South America Rangers, similar style and size as our North American Rangers but came with diesel engine options and also a Crew Cab 4 door model which we never got
