Im going to go ahead and make this public now.
It was determined that Metro55 attempted to rig the voting results by registering several accounts, somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 accounts, and voting for himself w/ each of these accounts. Most of these accounts have zero posts, and were only active on the site once, when they registered and voted for him, and then never returned.
Metro also had several votes that came in after the midnight deadline on the day the voting ended, which by itself was enough votes that could have pushed him past Bob for the win, but since they came in after the deadline, the do not count.
Metro has subsequently been banned from Ranger Power Sports for attempting to rig the voting for the TOTY.

Why would someone want to rig up something like that? What personal gain do you get out of winning the TOTY? Bragging Rights? A hefty prize of $25? A cookie? I mean come on why not just be a team player and just let the people decide. Well strange people do the strangest thing.

If RF had TOTM or TOTY then it would be like all those other Slammed down, Honda forums that I used to be on when I owned my civic. There would be so much hatred if someone got it when other people that entered felt they deserved it better. To much negative can come of it, and this case on RPS cheating had to come of it just because he wanted to be noticed and have a title under his name. I frankly don't care what people think of my truck. I do it because it's a hobby and because I enjoy it. It's just that simple. Thanks Zach for keeping TOTM or TOTY out of the forums. But if we do ever have the TOTM contest then cool, but I will never enter it.

Aw man, party pooper! Lol, kidding Zach. I really could care less if it was on here or not. I think the comparisons, or ranking/rating member's trucks is... dumb? I guess I could care less one way or another, and could easily ignore it.
