Hello I have a 1998 ranger 3.0 and I have a problem with all the light in the interior not Turning off. It drains the battery and I have to jump start it if I don't disconnect the battery. I don't really know what it could be.

 

There's a switch built into the door near the handle. Most likely needs to be replaced as it's faulty.

But first, check the switch on the dash to make sure the light isn't turned on manually.
