lite, lo-fi, or mobile settings

so I recently upgraded my phone, and added the unlimited data plan. is there a lite setting that I can use to speed up loading time?

There is nothing like that right now. Unfortunately I doubt anyone will have the time to make one anytime soon either but it would be cool.

That's the closest we have at the moment.. I use it on a couple of other vBul versions, although there is a Lo-Fi that looks very similar, but I believe allows posting and such.

The thing I don't like about it though is that it doesn't show images or anything..

What kind of phone did you get? The load speed will vary with reception as well. I use r/f on my berry and its pretty quick. There may be some options on your browser that will speed it up.

thanks sk0t I will check that out. I have the vx 6900 aka the htc touch. I still use pie, but I want to try out opera

My buddy was telling me about SkyFire or something like that for a mobile browser.. He swears by it.. Supposed to be ten times better than Opera.. I haven't tried it out yet though.. Surfing the web sucks on a 240x240 display anyway (I've got a Treo 750).

I am using skyfire's now. it is ok, but it is still beta version so it has some bugs still
