Marking Posts Read issue

Does anyone else have issues marking posts read here?

This is the only site it won't mark forums and posts read.

From the Quick Links drop down I cluck Mark Forums Read then get this error message.

This is from ANY pc I am on, not just home.

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

I have never heard of that before. Try going to the forum home page and scrolling almost all the way down. Just below the leisure forum where the off-topic is there should be two links, one says Mark Forums Read and the other says View Forum Staff. Try that link instead of the quick links one and see if it works. The quick links one could just be a problem with the link.

This way works, thank you, I forgot about the links there.
Yeah the other link is not working, but at least I can mark them read now.....which I thought was odd that it doesn't mark them automatically, I have to do it manually here.

Thanks!

If you open a thread it will mark it as read. If it is a multi page thread you have to view the last page of the thread before it will mark it as read.

Yeah, I knew that, thank you.

I normally go to a forum and click "New Posts" but this one has "Since Last Visit"

Any ones that I didn't look at from my last visit are below a line that says this:
The threads below have not been updated since your last visit but still contain unread posts.
No big deal, just not what I normally see on all the other forums I go on.

I just mark them all read now from the main page so I don't have that happening now.

Ah now I see what your saying. Yes the posts will not reset and be marked as read unless you open them or click the mark forums read button.
