Could I please get an adminstrator on here to help me out?
I got a guy thats wanting some pics of a part that I'm selling and I can't reply to him.
I thought I replied 2 weeks ago,but eveidently it never sent.
I logged on tonight to check my sent and it said 0,I then replied to his message again and its still showing up as 0 sent and I know I sent it.
I know the guy hasn't gotten any of my pms because he logged on yesterday and I sent 2 out before that.
PLEASE HELP

That can't be because I was messaging a guy about a CB Radio before all of this started,plus the guy below you has 82 post so that definately can't be it.

What is the Process your using to send the person a PM

 

I hope so because I don't wanna **** the guy off by just not replying.

 

Nope,No error.
And I opened up the new message,read it,hit reply,and typed up my reply.
When I was finished I hit send and then it returns to my inbox like its supposed to but it doesn't show up as sent.

 

Have you tried PM'ing that person a different way?
I.E. go to that persons profile, Select conatac info, and click on send private messege.
Try that way.

Who are you trying to send a message to? It could be there profile is set up to not receive them or only receive them from friends and moderators.

Is your mailbox full?

 

Click the 'quick links' button at the top of the page and go to 'Edit Options'. Scroll down to the 'Private Messaging' section. Once there, make sure the 'Enable Private Messaging' box is checked, after that make sure the 'Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default' box is checked.


Let us know if that helps.

 

His are set up. I think its the receiver that doesn't have it set up. His profile looks fine. But still try that!

But still, what is the other users name?

 

You do not have your account set-up to save sent messages, I just checked. Your private messaging is working fine, I checked that too. So your messages are being sent. The recipient either just hasn't replied or they have not been on the forum to view them.

I have had trouble sending messages to people lately also... When your on their main page and click "send personal message" the button does nothing...

 

We will look into it.

 

That button has never worked for me, I just find a post from that member and click their name. The drop down menu gives you the option to send a PM, that always works for me
