2001 3.0 ranger swap

i have a 2001 ranger 3.0 v6, i want to swap to a 4.0 sohc. what can i expect? will it be an easy swap!!!!!!!!!!!!

do a 5.0 there eazyer to find and its basically the same gas mileage and a lot more power just a lil bit harder
