Are 20's too big?
I just recently got my B3000 around Thanksgiving time. I really need to change the look of it. I've been looking into gettin some rims but I dont know whether 20's would be too big. Even if they did fit would they LOOK too big?

i thinks 20 are about as big as you can go without looking goofy, just make sure you get a matching stance to go with them. you will notice decreased braking performance though, and possibly lower gas mileage, because 20 inch wheels weigh a lot more than what youve got now, so you truck has to work a LOT harder to move, and stop them

not necessarily bob. I was working on a cadillac with 24s yesterday and they were pretty damn light for such a big wheel, barely any difference over stock wheels and tires.
get the right wheel youll be ok

I think 22"s are tight! Not really, but hey, I don't dig 20"s either.
To each their own! I think they are too big, but I just said I don't like them either.
For actual sizing purposes, for the Ford Ranger, it is more than capable of handling 20"s and looking well.

20"s will look great. Ive got a buddy with a 4cyl and 20"s and he doesnt really have any problem moving his truck along. 20"s are about as big as I would go on a ranger though. Look on cardomain or on Rangerpowersports for Rangers with 20"s, that will give you a good idea of what it will look like. Best of luck man...

Hell why stop at 22... try a 26, 28 inch combo, be the baddest ranger in the state and look like a steamroller why doing it. J/p 22" are bad, 20" are too, IMO 20"+ are your friend...
