R/F hats for 2010?

Would it be possible to get another round of these done? Its a new year now you know! I bought one on the last round and I've worn it basically everyday since I got it. Now the fabric is split all the way across the front edge of the brim and I'd really like to get a new one or two............possible?

Speaking of clothing in general...

Does anyone know of a website out there that offers shirts, hats, hoodies, you name it with logos and designs that we send them? So people can buy anytime?

My shirt guy has kinda disappeared, which I wanted him to do the hoodies, well as you can see that never panned out. We have some great designs but I really need to get them in action.

The previous hats worked ok? Everyone like them? Quality and such?

Overall I would really like a local place that I can see them in my hands and ship them out. I really want to make sure you guys are getting the best bang for your buck to rep RF.

I have a few cafepress t-shirts (for evos and stuff) and the ink comes off too fast.

I wear my same hats that I've made with the stitching and mine still look good.

I can make hats for you guys but I'm a little busy with tuning cars and working on engines right now.

I'm happy with the quality of the last hat, it lasted quite a while for being worn every single day since new. My only preference for hats is that its flexfit. I probably wouldn't buy any more if they are the kind with the adjustable strap or velcro in the back.

It's funny you say that because I hate the way the flexfits are, but I love the velcro ones.

they are not 1 size fits all eh?

as far as i am concerned, i don't like the ones with the plastic snaps on the back, but i don't know if you can even get them anymore..., the velcro isn't bad, flexi fit is too tight (i got a big head) i really like the profit ones! you measure your head and make sure that you get the right size...

that being said, my dad just sold his business of selling embroidering machines, and i am 99% sure is interested in doing side projects of embroidering, in any quantity... the nice thing about embroidering, is A) it doesn't come off (silk screen) B) it looks way better than silk screen on a hat, and C) there is no setup fee per say, so the first hat costs the same as the 100th

i know that the site has a policy where only mods and admin are allowed to sell items, i have 2 possible solutions to this, one i think you guys are gong to hate, but that's fine...

1) make me a mod, and problem solved :D

2) i can contact him (i live about 1100 km from him) and ask him if he is interested in taking the project on, and if he is, give one of the mods his contact information, as he is licenced as a business, just closed his store front and is tax registered, it would not be something that I was involved with, it would be a business deal between him and the mods/admin

in addition to this, he can do any type of embroidering, and i believe he might be able to do iron on designs, so it could be 2-shirts or sweat shirts... (he has done some really sweet shirts for the goldenhawk saltflat racing team)

We will work our way through the options and I will let you know. As before I would like to control it because in the past we have had issues with items being sent out unless an admin is doing it.

if this is directed at me:
i hear you, that's why i said i would give you his info and it would be a legitimate business deal between you and him, and i would not be involved at all in it. just another option i thought i would pose out...

if i remember correctly, i think he has an online "store front" but i don't know for sure...

if not:
disregard the above
