Didn't the threads used to have a "report post" links in them?

Been seeing some unnecessary/off topic/rude posts that need to be deleted but it's kinda a hassle to copy each thread link to pm someone.

Terry, it's right under the info under the avatar. a little red triangle with an exclamation mark in it.
