I have recently bought a 91 Ranger with a 4.0 engine and I keep running into issues with the coolent system. I recently had to replace the thermostat and later add gasket maker to the housing, both times while burpping the system the truck has almost overheated by going past the L on the guage. My question is, is this normal for the truck when burrping the system? or is there another issue causing this?
