I want to do RF hats for everyone, I know there are other threads and alike but I wanted to start a fresh one.

First off I dont have anywhere local that I know of that can make them. Any suggestions on where we could have this done?

I will upfront money for design ideas and whatever it takes to get production going on these.

I want to manage and ship the hats, just need to find a place that sells them.

Also a design? I like the oval with RF in the middle and www.ranger-forums.com on the back.

So I need ideas and suggestions to get this rolling. Once we get one or two made I will start a thread that allows you to purchase the hats.


They will be medium crown and fitted hats, no exceptions. Maybe more than one color but for right now BLACK. I like the below hat but instead of / it needs to be - i think.

Beard, I do all the clothing ordering at my work and we use 2 companies. One I wouldn't trust enough to recommend but the other is called Advent Print. They are local out here in Seattle... Another local company I've ordered from (but never clothing) is called Polar Identity... Not sure if that's what you're looking for but I have had GREAT experiences with both companies. If you want anymore info on them (contact, etc.) just PM me...

 

I'd like to have one.. if we're going fitted (which is awesome) should have a fit guide or something from whoever makes the hats, to be sure everyone's cap will fit their melon.

Or just go with flex fit.

Are we gonna be able to choose colors. I really would like a red hat

I want to offer base colors, but I really want to find someone local to make them so that it is easier for me to manage. Most online places want 12 hats ordered minimum.

base colors, (black, red, white, blue, orange, yellow, green, silver/gray)

 

I will buy one. What would be cool though is if you made like a deal if you buy a hat and sticker together or something like that. Just a thought.

I like the flex hats for sure. Comfortable and fits alot of different sizes.

But as for the RF oval, I vote something else. Its just 2 bland for my taste. I would prefer to see something else up there with the RF "logo", maybe a trucks silhouette or grill.

 

I will ask Ford, enthusiast sites can use the name if it is not for profit and if we have permission.

 

I hope we are not gonna have flex hats becasue they never fit my head.

 

yea i have a large head, 65+cm, thats a size 8...minimum haha. Id buy one but usually flex fit hats wont fit my head either. If they were actual size fitted hats id buy one.

Is the small lettering going to be too small to matter? Good design but I'm afraid the letters will be too small to read.

 

I will try to work something out to make special order sizes. Please dont make this thread an arguing thread over what size it is.

I don't think we'll have a problem having the word there, its the emblems they care the most about.
