Well, we had alot of spammers that I went through and deleted... We also had alot of inactive accounts that had either never logged in or never posted...

So I deleted all members that had 0 posts and had not logged in at least once in the last 6 months...

Like we've always maintained, one post guarantees you'll never be filtered out in our mass-deletions for you browsers that have never posted even once.

 

sweet... Like other sites there should be like a 30 post minimum to post stuff for sale.... so people that we dont know that no one will buy from because we dont know them.... wont post a thread of stuff for sale...

 

I'm glad u deleted them. When I was really bored at my old job I had fun clicking on the bday people every day. I found that over half of them had registered and never returned to the site, or posted for a week and that was it.

 

i was a registered lurker about two years ago. now i'm registering to lurk again.... just waiting for my account to get activated... :)

Well, sorry we're not 'prime time', but this is the way I'm handling it currently...

Look at it like this, our newest member "Megboys" is the 7974th member to join R-F. If you look at our member count it shows 5236 members. That means that I have deleted over 2500 inactive accounts.

I would say that I am pretty efficient.

even when it was on 285s.. you were atleast a second or 2 faster than me in the 1/4


does clearing all those accounts out speed the site up at all?

 

Like I said on the phone, this thing flies with the jeep wheels on it now. I've been lighting them up about once a day just to play around, hehe.


As soon as I sell my 20's I'm going to order my new wheels and tires. I can't wait. I still need to stop by Austin Performance and get the spring perches and shock mount tabs. Been hella busy, as always..
