hey everybody, i just got my 96 ranger stx and have already done cosmetic and suspension mods and then started looking at performance parts. I found a surge performance chip, does this thing really work. I dont have the money to buy a jet chip or anything like that. I just want some budget power seeing as im broke I was also looking at intakes, and again i am stuck. I know every truck reacts different to different intakes in horsies and torque. any help would be cool.

I have never heard of any chip like that working.. looks like the scam ones on ebay..

plus you cant even read the dyno print out..


Id save my money for an intake and exhaust.. what engine do you have?

The dyno result improvements look fake. They are too smooth.
