Password retrieval system is not working. Hasn't been for the past week.

The PC I currently use has my user names and passwords stored via FF. I just go to all my sites and I'm automatically logged in everywhere.

My issue is, I have a laptop that want to use but do not know my password for this site. I've tried to use the sites program where it's SUPPOSE to email you your password, unfortunately it's not working.

I've corrected every other site, this is the only one that's NOT doing what it's suppose to.

I've tried to change my password via my PC, but I don't know my old password in order to create a new one.

Would a tech or admin person please look into this.

...and yes, the email provided IS my email account....it's a Hotmail account that has worked with all the other websites.

 

you do know that all the passwords are visible in firefox?

Tools > Options > Security Tab > Saved Passwords button > Show Passwords.

If that does not work shoot me a PM and I will reset it for you.

 

Fully aware!! But this site gives me the "invalid password" BS. The email that's suppose to be sent to me with my password NEVER gets to me. It's never sent from the site.
