Would someone be able to identify the wire in the poictures. It connects from the white harness just above the Fuel Shut Off Switch to a part that's underneath the two hoses in picture #1.
I apologize for my lack of knowledge of truck parts.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Not "wiring", 2 vacuum hose connections in the white part, and the grey vacuum hose in engine bay goes to heater bypass valve, has 4 heater hoses on it and a vacuum valve
Inside the cab one port is for a black hose the other for a white hose
The white hose in the cab connects to the Grey hose in the engine bay
The black hose in the cab connects to another black hose in the engine bay<<<this one is important it runs to the vacuum reservoir in the engine bay, it supplies all the vacuum for the Vent controls in the cab
You probably only have Defrost vent now because of no vacuum in the cab, Defrost is default vent
You, sir, are living proof that not all heroes wear capes. Thank you so much for this information. I greatly appreciate you, I'm going to try and start working on it this afternoon.
