I ordered the tires for the BII from www.tirerack.com . I got 2 of them yesterday (3-25-08) because they shipped from a different location. After inspecting the tires, I noticed that one of them had a chunk out of the tread. I called Tire Rack and they said they would ship me a new tire today (3-26-08) and they would have UPS come get the tire.

There was no hassle about getting me a new tire out. They didn't require me to ship the tire back to them or anything. They are scheduling UPS to pick it up.

I would say they have one of the best customer services. I will order all my tires from them if they have them in stock (espically since they will beat anyones prices).

What does it cost tire rack to ship a set to you?

 

cost me $60 for 5 tires.....
