Waterless Car Wash (dave01978)

dri wash n guard
Well, I ordered a couple of samples from Dave last week. I received them very quickly in the mail. I have never used this product before. I am "Old School" when it comes to detailing and have used Meguiar's Products for years. Most recently, NXT. The thought of not washing the truck before using a detail spray doesn't set well with me.
I have to say I was quite suprised with the results of this product. It went on easily and came off just as easy. I used Microfiber towels instead of the terry cloths that were recommended. The whole truck took just a little over 1/2 hour to complete. About the same time as a normal wash less the drying. I also used it on the wheels which are clear coated, about another 15 miutes for this process. I didn't notice that it left any fine scratches in the paint after I completed the process. My truck by my standards was very dirty. I did follow it up with my usual NXT Detailer Spray afterwards. There was very little to no dirt left on the paint when I did this. Usually there is dirt residue left on the cloth. The only complaint I may have is that it took a little more that I thought to complete the process. About 2 1/2 oz. Keep in mind though that this was the first time I used this. One thing that was really nice is that it was about 45 degrees here today and I didn't have to get soaked washing the truck.
I am pleased with this product and plan on buying a full size container.
On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this at least a 9.
Both Thumbs Up!
