Problems with Kauffman?
I'm in the middle of dealing with Kauffman tire and was wondering if anyone has any bad experiences with them.
They claim my truck had a broken wheel stud when I dropped it off, yet it wasn't broken just a couple days earlier when I rotated my tires. They also did a poor job fixing my diff leak and want me to bring it back for them to correct.
The diff service was $90 ($50 for labor $40 for fluid). I don't have the time to bring it back, and I don't trust it with them again. I thinking of just swallowing the loss and fixing it myself.
Anyone deal with Kauffman before?
