Andy sold me some cutout flares, gave me a good price, and lost big on shipping in the process.

Although it took him awhile to get them out to me, he stayed in touch and I don't feel like he avoided me or anything else. It was just one of those things.

When I had an issue about something regarding the sale, I put out the "word" that I wanted to talk to him and he got right back to me.

The flares are excellent, in brand-new condition as he promised and my opinion is that he's an honest guy and no one should be afraid to do a deal with him.

Wow picturing your truck with flares is making me excited. I think my truck needs to get bigger.

They'll look okay now with the wide track in the front from the spindles and low backspaced wheels. I think the back may look a bit in -- but I can handle it until I put the spacer/adaptors and the 5 on 5.5 wheels on in the back when I do the SAS.

Those flares are HUGE. Not just the depth, they are really going to leave a lot more room for bigger tires...could be 37's someday, lol. No bigger though with these axles and most likely I'll stay with the 35's.

I'm going to try to get them on this weekend but there's so much going on -- like we're expecting our 4th grandbaby this week -- that it may not happen. Of course I'll post for commentary when I get them on.

Has anybody mounted these using rivet nuts to make them easy to put on and remove? That's what I've been considering as a mounting method.

Wow...way to hijack my OWN thread, lol...

lol! I've seen them on a B2 and they were really cool. Without good size tires and a wide enough track width they can look dumb (as they should really -- you should only put them on if you need them...) but I think they're going to be fine.
