well what good is the email link if he replies from a PM. If I was not a member of this forum how would I communicate if the email link does not work and there is no contact info!!!!?????????? But I will try the PM. Thanks.

What is the excact probelm you are within the site? Last time I checked there is a contact us link there? Ummm yeah I found it

I just verified everything on his site and what not, the shipping estimator is there and functioning, once you add something to your cart look towards the bottom under where it lists what you bought and you will see a "button" that says Shipping Estimator. If I can help you find anything else let me know

Thank you for looking into those questions that I have, but what I am most curiously seeking is info on the 5.5 likt he has for $950. Does he have them in stock? Does it come with the camber kit? And what means if shipping(Fedex, UPS,DHL) He has the lowest price kit out there. I don't know how he does that but other places want $1300-1600 for that kit. Like I have stated before I have emailed him twice and have never heard a responce.

All I know is the Jusnes' have been dealing with some issues outside of their company and subsequently haven't had the time to be johnny on the spot with all the PMs and messages. I'm not saying "give them a break," but I am advocating being patient.

my personal views if your gonna run a business you need to be ontop of everything if you life has become to busy for the business its time to let it go... or hire people to run it...

I read this as you PMed him on May 1, 2007 and this being May 4, 2007, this wouldn't strike me as being that delayed.

I am curious about how you obtained this information since the contact info on the website only has him listed as the contact?? But I will try "Cheddar Baby" And if this is true wouldn't an adjustment at the website be in order for proper contact routing. Lord knows I would get tired of routing email to someone in a different department.

I am the web host of there site and the way the email is set up is a "catch all" meaning both parties get the email whether it is about the F150 or the Ranger. I have emailed him at the addy I have and am waiting just like you are

Our Fabtech info on our site is outdated since they changed all of their part numbers around. For the time being Im going to remove it from the site until I can get all of it straightened out.

I apologize that I cannot respond immediately to some customers questions.

Jusnes..... bad....

Now im not going to start bashing anyone....

My buddy has a 04 f150, ordered a EDGE tuner from somewhere else.....i told him to call and cancel it....as jusnes had it for cheaper and i thought i would help him out....

Well.... he ordered it almost a month ago...and still nothing...

He ordered it and has been waiting and getting mad over it... he has contacted him and talked to him, he told my friend that EDGE is shipping it to his house..... well he doesnt have a tracking number, he doesnt have anything....

I hope this gets resolved soon, as i dont want him to be mad, and his 5.4L f150 is slow as *****...

I know what you are talking about but I don't think it's Jusnes fault. They don't stock this merchandice so that's why you have to wait (At least in my situation).

When I ordered my cryo power slot rotors from Jusnes, they had to be shipped from California (I believe) to my house. Since I ordered the "cryo" rotors, there was an extra wait time for them (the company) to produce them then ship them to me. I got my tracking number from Jusnes after the company shipped them out (I forgot how long I had to wait but I think 2-3 weeks before PowerSlot shipped them out).

It wasn't Jusnes fault, that's how long it took them to be made and shipped out. I'm a member on some other forums and to get tuning done for a diesel from some SCT dealers takes 4-5 months before anything shows up at your home.

I have a feeling your friend is in the same boat. You could always give Edge a call and see if they are back ordered or w/e.

Well i dont want to blame anyone, but i mean, if the companys are taking forever to ship the stuff out then if he would have known, then he would have just paid the extra money because it would have been here in 3 days....

He actually did call edge, and asked them and they said she didnt have anything, and that there isnt an authorized dealer out there that can sell them that cheap...
