So far this company is not impressing me in any way. I ordered belltech shackles from them 2 weeks ago. I have recieved nothing, my card hasnt been charged, and their "customer service" is non-existant. Try calling and you get the automated crap. You select any option and it startes the same recording over. Rarely the automated part works and sends you somewhere and they have another recording that says they're closed. There website says that they are open 6am-5pm PST and I've called at all parts of the day and never got past the "closed" recording. I try the other options and dont get any further either. If you wait for an operator you get to leave a voicemail which I did and have no return calls. I also emailed them and have no response. My order still says "processing payment".

I googled this place to see if anyone else has had problems and yes they have. Most complain about backorders, misshipping, changing stories, refund delays, etc.

They have good prices but it doesnt help when you dont get anything. So keep this in mind, and I will never order from them again.

I have always had awesome service with PerformanceCenter.com

About every year I order something from there...brakes or pads, or something.

I recently a few months ago ordered JBA wires and Exhaust system. The wires came to my house in 3 days...the JBA exhaust was backordered from JBA...which is not PerformanceCenter's fault, it could have happened to any company. JBA ended up shipping me the exhaust directly.

And...performancecenter seems to have the best price on what I get.

I called their customer service almost every day for a few weeks about my exhaust, and I talked to someone every time and they were really nice and helpful. I have no idea what you're doing wrong.

When I bought shocks off of them they sent me used shocks. Like really banged up shocks. Then it took over a month to get a new set but I think Ranch had to make a new batch. When I bought my exhaust there was no problems.

I dont really understand what I could do wrong its not complicate to push 2 for customer service, push 2 for an online order, and wait for someone if it would ever get that far. Seriously, how could I screw that up?

It says you can input a known extension at anytime so I tried a bunch of random number combinations and finally got one to work. Left another message and still nothing. Anyone is welcome to call them and try it out...

Hmm. I did once or twice have to wait a few minutes til "the next available associate" but did get to speak with someone, every time. If you're getting that far you just need to wait for someone to answer. It does suck to wait long if you have to, but I wouldn't bash PerformanceCenter for that because every customer service center for any company makes you wait.

Maybe I'm not making this clear, I never actually get to even wait for a person. Every time I get to the point where it is supposed to put me on hold for someone to help me it does 1 of 2 things, sends me strtaight to voicemail after saying they're closed, or goes all the way back to the first menu and starts over. I've seriously tried calling everyday at different times and ALWAYS get the recording that they are closed. If I was just impatient on hold do you really think I'd be complaining? Come on, give me more credit than that.

I literally JUST called again. It's 0800 MST, or 0700 PST, which is within the 6am-5pm PST supposed business hours and I get the "closed" recordings on all automated options just like I always do no matter what time it I try to call.

Just tried again and got a different "closed" recording with a womans voice. It says customer service hours are 8am-5-pm PST and not the regular 6-5. Well its 0930 MST so 0830 PST and I still get the "closed" message and the option to leave a voicemail. So basically this place can **** off, I'm done trying. Apparently some other people have better luck and I'm happy for them, but no more for me. I think it's pretty ridiculous...

Haha, sorry man. I just tried calling to see if I could actually get or attempt to speak with someone to see what you were talking about. I pressed 2 the first time, then 2 again for customer service, but it keeps saying the same thing...to press 1 for whatever and 2 for customer service. I understand what you're saying now. I never had a problem like that when I called in the past few years. Hopefully their calling system gets fixed or something. I even waited as it says to do to see if an operator will answer, but I got nothing after waiting for about a minute.

Tried it a few times. It either keeps repeating the number options or is just silent. I know from previous calls that it will tell you that it is going to connect you to a customer service agent, but when I called today it did not get to that.
