I bought KLC's Xbox 360 last week. First of all, he cut me a great deal. I paid through paypal on Friday and it was shipped the following Monday via UPS. A tracking number was provided and it arrived in 3 days, securially packaged. Upon opening and inspecting the 360, everything looked perfect. The 360 looked as if it had never been played and just sat on a shelf for looks. I plugged everything in and BAM!! Red Ring of Death. So I contact him asap and explain what happened. He explained that it was working fine when he erased the HDD and then packaged it up. I was confused on how this could happen and so he offered to refund $40 of the payment, for repairs, which I thankfully accepted.

KLC is a top notch guy and I appreciate everything that he has done to help me with this transaction and resolving a problem. Thanks again bud.

I’d like to add my 2 cents…

I played the Xbox 360 a very limited number of times, so in a sense it was just used to look at. I decided that it was a waste to let a perfectly good system sit on a shelf unused (and unhooked) so I offered it up for sale. When ‘soccerjohn’ purchased the system I hooked it back up so that I could erase my user profiles and it worked fine. If it did not work properly I could not have erased the profiles. So, when ‘soccerjohn’ contacted me, I was a bit perplexed (to say the least) that the system no longer functioned due to the ‘Red Ring of Death’. Regardless, to be virtuous, I offered a partial refund so that he could pay to have the Xbox 360 repaired. If that had not of been acceptable, I was going to offer a full refund and paid return shipping.

All the same, I am happy to hear that you received the refund and that all is now satisfactory. When anyone purchases an item from me I will always stand behind it if there is an issue (within reason); always have and always will. So I appreciate the good feedback and it was a pleasure dealing with you!

the 360s are like that, its basically hit or miss... and random... supposedly M.Soft has pinpointed the issue and wants to guarantee no more rings of death...

KLC is an awesome seller! I'm super happy!

I bought his 08 chrome grill. Not only was the price great, and the shipping time great, but the grill is spotless! I had no idea it was possible to package a grill without leaving so much as a finger print on it! Lol. The grill looks brand spanking new, I couldn't tell it had been on his truck.

Anyways, KLC is a great seller, and I would buy from him again! The xbox transaction above only proves that he'll do his best to make things right.

Thanks KLC for the great transaction, and the grill!
