I got one of those herculiner kits and it worked sweet. As long as you take the time to plug tape and sand everything. The kit left a thick *** coat on my flareside shortbed. It's been about three months now and it still look awesome. I highly recommend it if you've got the time, garage, and old clothes. lol dumbass me ruined a nice pair of k-swiss's in the clean-up.

The only thing with the herculiner is it isn't real tough. I scraped it down to the paint a few times just loading my dog kennels. The nice part is you can touch it up with the little cans really easy. On this truck I just spent the money on a sprayed in bedliner and it was worht every penny. $350 over the rail.
On the other subject I use that spray stuff for everything. I don't think I would use it for a truck bed, but I did the backside of my bumpers, and the inner wheel wells of my bed. it is some great stuff. I even used it on the dog boxes I built for the back of my truck.

I wonder how well this stuff would work on like, the back side of ur bumper? and on the undercarriage as far as a rust proofer? I used some of dads texaco grease - i dont think u can get it anymore since dad got it in 1970. anyways, the prob with it, is when its SUPER hot out, the stuff will actually drip off... so, now im thinkin what else i can use?
