yeah the best time to call is after 8 but before 10am...lol i went down there a few mnths ago. I talked to matt on both occasions and he's really cool. Doug is so in an out everywhere....he comes to huntsville every once in awhile. I can find out next time he's in town or we can go down there together. i should hopefully be gettin mine back here soon from being unlocked.

I had been emailing him a bit before I ordered it and he was great about answering any and all of my questions on some stuff, but now since the order has been in (and yes paypal took $409 from me) I can't seem to get ahold of him. I know he does great work and I don't mind waiting a few weeks but I at least would like an update or an email back. Maybe I'm just spoiled by Summits awesome quality and next day shipping lol.
Josh how long has he had your Xcal for? I hope mine gets here sometime this week or else we may have to take a trip there...

Ahhh gotcha, I misread that post. I tried calling about 4 times today, it rang 3 out of the 4 times, each time it took a different amount of rings to go into a voicemail that you cannot leave a voicemail in.....frustrating. The other time it was busy. Still no response via email. I'm pretty patient, but not even getting an update via email or a status update on my order on my site is pushing my patience.......

never really heard anything negative about Doug or bamachips to be honest, but I guess this may be a start to make sure everyone knows just what kind of service their customers get....

I've heard this so many times, never answers his phone, takes forever to send things and reply to emails.

See that's another thing, before I ordered it I was contacting him at least twice a day, and he was responding back to my emails with a few hours. This went on for about a week with all the questions I had with everything. But once the order went in and my $409 was out of my account and into their pocket he was no longer there. I guess this is something that everyone should know in case they are planning on ordering from them.....I'll keep you all posted when I go there as well.

Well just the tunes can be emailed, so I don't imagine it would take this long, but you never know.
Update: I went to call them again this morning and went to the website to get the phone number and IT IS NO LONGER THERE!!!!!! I'm about ready to just ask for a refund and go elsewhere.....

Serval people incliding myself have been tryin to contact someone there with absolutley no respnse.Your phone is always giving a busy signal like the phone is off the hook ALL DAY LONG! There is one person who has just paid you over $400 5 MNTHS ago and not recieved his merchandise. Just wanted to let you know your not doin to hot on customer service and several people are starting to notice. NOT good for business!! You have people wanting to buy or lookin to buy your product, so your basically turning money away everyday. Not my business of course but just wanted to let you aware of the issues that several people are having with your company.

Josh it must be saved in your cache on your browser or w/e on your comp because I'm not seeing their number at all on mine....but thanks for the number.
I did send him another email today and also emailed Bob Jusnes of Jusnes Modified because I know he works pretty close with Doug. We will see after today, I appreciate you taking the time to send that. I really don't think one email response is too much to ask for....
