MAKO ebay company
Around xmas my friend with a 97' bought a 2" front coil spring lift off of ebay from a company I believe is MAKO. It has a shark for the company symbol, lol. He paid for it via paypal after a BUY IT NOW on ebay and didn't get a response from the company of the received payment or shipping notices or anything. He contacted paypal and ebay and the payment was sent. Then a few days later, maybe even a week the company refunded him the money and the deal was over.
I'm just warning everyone to be careful of this ebay company. Their ebay reviews were not all that bad but my friend seemed to have alot of trouble with them. He did not lose any money or anything but lost time because we needed to put the lift on when we were on xmas break from college and almost didn't get to. He got a lift from a 4x4 shop near our house and we put it on before break was over.

it's hit or miss on ebay. I've gotten some sweet deals on there, $50 for a set of half used bfg muds on rims just last week. I've found it's better to ask questions before the sale rather than after. If it takes them 3 days to answer and you're in a hurry to get the part, that might not be the person to buy it from. craigslist.org is pretty sweet for finding local deals, if you're near a big city i guess..

The Mako lift my friend 'attemped' to get was just a 2" spring set. It looked to be a decent kit, which only had springs, so there's not too much to be half-assed about that, unless they are just plain out cheap.
He ended up getting a Trailmaster kit with 2" lift springs and new shocks. They work out well.

there coil spacer cant really suck is the same design as daystar and everyone else its just rubber blocks injection modling really you cant screw it up. i have put about 50000 miles on my spacers and I used to beat the crap out of my truck back when i first got it before i really liked the ranger sites. hell i bent my I-beam and radii's arm once and the block wasnt harmed at all. so there fine IMO. the only problem they have is there blocks are like standard for F-150 and ranger and for the ranger you need to just cut or grind away a little at the rubber to make the coil fit perfect but that takes like 10 min thats it

That's the same company I'm still having a nightmare with.
