OffroadOverstock.com
All,
I have been buying parts for my Jeep from OffroadOverstock.com for almost a year and I have to say that they have the best customer service I have dealt with in years and the best part... They sell all kinds of offroad parts and accessories not just Jeep parts.
This past week, the locker in my rear (Lockright in Ford 8.8) failed and I needed to send it in to see if they would cover it under warranty. Unfortunately, I could not find my receipt but a couple emails to Biff@offroadoverstock.com and I had a copy of my receipt in my inbox. After several days waiting to hear from Richmond Gear about the status of my warranty claim, I am finally informed that my locker is being replaced and that it will be delivered in 2 days. The same day, I email Biff about finding a cross pin that will prevent the locker from failing in the future and within hours my cross pin is in the mail. Email Biff today for a tracking number and find out that it will be delivered on the same day as the locker which is just in time to get it installed this weekend.
Another story... Back when I ordered the gears for my front axle and the Lockright for the rear, there was some confusion about which locker I wanted for each end of the truck and the one I ordered wasn't available so Biff called me to let me know about the locker being out of stock and to verify that I had straight cut gears in the front and not the reverse cut gears. He got the order right and I got an upgraded locker (more reputable manufacturer) and the correct gears and eveything else I needed.
I will most definitely be ordering from OffroadOverstock.com again and I requested that they send me some stickers to put on the Jeep. Anyone looking for parts for their truck should check their site first and if they don't have what you're looking for listed, email Biff and he will find it for you.
