Powerball Mini
I picked up one tonight and holy cow this makes polishing rims so much easier. For what would take 10 minutes by hand this thing does in 10 seconds, no lie. It also gets super clean really easy, just takes dish soap and water. I'll have some before and after pics tomorrow, the guys at the meet can vouch for how nasty they were lol.
I have the big one and use the liquid aluminum polish and it keeps my rims looking good for at least 2 weeks or so.
I never thought it was worth the money to fork out for one of those things, seems like there worth it tho from you guys!
I bought one a year or tow ago and was unimpressed. I found it easier to polish the way I had been doing and it didn't do a very good job IMO.

Idk but with this and the Mothers polish it kicks ass, I love it. I need to get the refill back so I don't have to wait for this one to dry out every time I have to clean it.
Def. post some pictures up Trent...Im always lookin for a better solution to polishing...I havent found one better yet then elbow grease haha
we have had the powerball mini for about a year also I love it. I polish my wheels with it every couple of months and they shine right up.

i love the mini, i use it on the vettes wheels, i just bought the wheels a couple of months ago,and they are polished alum. so i need to keep something on them to keem them polished, and i use the mini on it, and the look great... also i use metal polish from "production...that is some expensive stuff, but the wheels look great
Attachment 196982 i saw the other day that they sell replacement ball for it, but its almost as expensive as a new one is |

Yeah seeing yours made me go out and get one lol. I was amazed at how easy they oxidation came off with the steel wool too.
oxidation means it loses electrons :)
Are you correcting me or what? I don't need none of that smart talk!
no im not correcting you lol, thats what i was taught today for the 3rd time in chemistry..LEO the lion says GER..lose electrons=oxidation gain electrons=reduction...

Truthfully, I went back to elbow grease after the first rim. I got tired of having to go clean it out so much and then blowdry it so I wouldnt have to wait 30 min for it to dry. So 0000 steel wool, Mothers polish (still need to get some of that stuff you told me about) and a lot of elbow grease with a good amount of sweat mixed in I went from this:
