UWS Toolbox for Rangers are Discontinued?!?!

Let me just say I'm new to all these Ranger Forums even though I've had my Ranger for quite sometime. I got my Ranger in High School but now that I'm older I wanted to make it "mean," I guess you could say, lol. Well I'll put all the pics of my build in another thread soon but I have a Flare Side/Step Side bed. All of us Step-Side owners know that it is nearly impossible to find bed accessories (Toolboxes, Camper tops, etc.) that'll fit our trucks. Correct me if I'm wrong but it is to my understanding that UWS is the ONLY brand that still makes a toolbox for the flare-side ranger... But I could never find it on any website so I went up to the Line X in Gainesville and talked to them since they're the closest UWS dealer to me. They called all the other stores around and all of them said they were out of stock. Well the Line X guy was really cool about it so he called the "big dogs", UWS themselves. I told them that I wanted a Black Low-Pro Toolbox from them and told them about how hard they were to find. The UWS guy told me that it's almost impossible to in any store period because they DISCONTINUED the toolbox recently and that they only had 1 left in the WHOLE COUNTRY in some warehouse out of state, btw (I don't know if they were talking about my specific black low-pro box being discontinued or if he was talking about the that size toolbox in general). So I said I'll take it. Lol. After taxes/installation I'm going to owe $411.95 for a dang toolbox. But I cannot believe how lucky I was to get the VERY last one but I still think that it's dumb of UWS to discontinue the product. Can't wait till I get it on though! It's gonna look sharp! POSSIBLY LAST ONE IN THE COUNTRY!

I can see why they did it, the last flareside truck rolled of the assembly line like 6+ years ago. That market is gone. Just because there are still flaresides out there doesn't mean they should continue making them. The demand is gone. Why should they make them when a handful of truck owners want them?

Take a look a this place.

http://www.closertowholesale.com/

Click on Chests.

They have a few sizes.

Watch out for wall thickness, I got the 0.120" wall, their standard wall is 0.055, so it is thin.

I got a Chest that fit between the sides and only 20" wide, good heavy duty box.
