The Ready Remote made by Directed Electronics Incorporated works so sweet. The range is incredible. I was just out hunting and i could not even see my truck because of the trees. I was at least 400-500 ft away it fired right up. It wil even start if i am in the house and the truck in a pole barn which is like 100 ft away and has 1/4" steel siding. i love it.

 

you can probly get closer to 1500ft too. i got the sst so i can 1 mile range and i have gotta damn near it too. did you install it or have it done? if you did it how did it go for you?

I got it installed by RPM Speed and Custom for $220( labor+ the bypass thing-a-ma-jig) and $70 for the unit. #24926

 

yeah i got the Clifford SST Alarm with the 1 mile. i think its sick
