Sent money then he wrote back saying he couldn’t find the cup holder and he would send money back have not heard from him since. Mailed money on 11-03-06 last heard from him on 11-28-06

I've reached out to this individual by e-mail, PM, and AIM simultaneously. I will advise what I come up with. In the meantime, I'd like for this thread to not spiral into a flame fest so I'm going to lock it solely for that reason.

 

First things, the check was mailed back to you several days ago so you should have it in the next few days at the most.

The lack of communication after 11/28 is simply because he doesn't log on daily like many of us do. He mailed the check before you even sent your last communication to him, he just wasn't online to see your other messages. Prior to that, including a 2 week vacation in the middle, you were aware of and in communication with him. There was no mal-intent on the part of RedRanger02.

So, seeing that communications has been re-established and the money is in fact on it's way back to you, I would consider this problem resolved.

he doesnt have a Ranger anymore so I wouldnt expect him to log on here much

plus if it was a check you should have advised him to tear it up and then watched to see if the money ever came out of your account

 

He told me he sent the money back around the 28th of Nov. it only took my money 2-3 days to get to him. 8 days not counting sundays. That is plenty of time
