Once again, their customer service awesome. Last night I ordered a Cragar Soft 8 for my spare tire since its cheap and I also wanted to buy a hi-lift jack but I forgot to add the jack to the cart because it was 1am and I was exhausted. I told them I messed up and made two separate orders since I checked out before adding the jack and they told me they will refund shipping charges on the 2nd order.
And this is why I always keep buying from them

but i dunno wtf happened, i torqued them down and checked them a week later even put lock tite on them but im guessing it must have let go and a bolt has come loose or something. Not a big deal, easy fix haha

Bump! They price matched my tires, even got them for $1.01 cheaper than discoutn tire direct.
it was a $187 difference and they matched the price. Should be here in 2-3 days.

Very nice. I love summit racing. Every time I go up there they are super helpful. I have a few relatives that work there to and they love it there. There employee discount program rocks. As an employee you pay for items what Summit has to pay for them so they basically break even. Super low prices for car guys that work there.

I went in to get some Dorman freeze plug caps for my tranny and they didn't have them in stock. They were like $5.50 though and they were on the website as in stock. So they ordered them for me I paid the $5.50 and they drop shipped them to me 2nd day air for free from a wholesale warehouse. Not even a Summit place. The whole deal probably cost them like $20.

My bed rail caps, hurst, and a bunch of stuff for other cars has always shown up 2nd day without paying for second day :) and I'm out on the west coast! Haha.

Heck I once had a bad line on my old lt250r quad and needed one with the same bend(trust me not easy to find anywhere haha) I have had such good luck with summit I sent them a pic of the line and dimensions and low and behold I got a response saying they found one that would work! It was from like an old 70's camaro go figure lol. THAT is some serious service though!
